A patient centric system that actively involves and connects family members, public and private health centers and all the health stakeholders in real-time. This will help monitor progress of the patients by family members and stakeholders in real-time, resulting in quick and effective preventive measures in cases of patient defaults
Use of a multi-technology platform including web, mobile phone, IVR and innovative incentive approaches & strategies to motivate the patients and family members to enroll in the DOTS program, satisfactorily complete DOTS and ease the burden among health stakeholders by eliminating data duplication.
Use of non monetary incentives such as mobile recharge to motivate health workers ensuring care for the patients.
